Comments: Remote unattended pre-pointed station using a KPC-650-BH? (NTSC) camera,
 "Supercircuits PC164C-EX2". Recorded with Canon ZR60 #S12. 

 Misses at surrounding stations imply that this was also probably a miss. 
But analysis with Tangra or other tools is needed to be sure;
 the predicted mag. drop was 0.7. .avi file uploaded to IOTA Dropbox folder.
