Isis occultation - 2009 September 15

Discussion:

The circle above is plotted at the expected 100 km diameter of Isis. With only one end of the chord observed it is not possible to determine where Brian was on the path of the event. This unceratinty means that we have to plot the circle on the observed D event location and the uncertainty of the centre is effectively the expected radius i.e +/- 50 km.

Timing accuarcy ±2 seconds at 64 fold integration.
Star image lost at ca 16:09:10 as cloud thickened,
so any reappearance unobserved.
