Discussion:

The circle above is plotted at the expected 94 km diameter of Iclea. With 3 chords we have a high level of confidence that thew plot represents the path of the event. This implies the central path was about 75 km south of the predicted path.

Comments: The star was very easy to follow. The event being 
late, I was starting to relax, expecting a miss, so was 
mentally caught off guard. 
Nevertheless allowing the extra PE, both stopwatch and tape and my 
recollection place the disappearance within the parameters stated.
The reappearance is easier to define. In all, and confirmed by the tape,

the occultation at my site was very close to 5 seconds.
